FORTIC Return & Exchange Policy


30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in like-new condition
  • Show no signs of mounting or use
  • Include all original accessories, manuals, tools, lens covers, and packaging
  • Have the original serial number label and protective materials intact

Items that do not meet these requirements may be subject to a restocking fee or declared ineligible.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available within the same 30-day period for:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Requests to switch to a different model or variant

Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products with visible mounting marks or installation wear
  • Products damaged by misuse, impact, or modification
  • The product is missing accessories or the product serial number (S/N) is missing, altered, or unreadable.
  • Final sale items marked “Non-Returnable”
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Product lost or stolen
  • Maliciously damaged products

Defective or DOA Products

If your red dot sight arrives defective or damaged (DOA), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will:

  • Request photos or videos showing the issue
  • Provide troubleshooting as needed
  • Offer a replacement or full refund
  • Provide a prepaid return label for defective units

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at support@fortic.com with your order number and issue details.
  2. You will receive a return authorization (RMA) and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely with all original components.
  4. Ship the product using a trackable method (or a prepaid label if provided).

Returns shipped without an RMA may experience delays.


Return Shipping & Fees

  • Defective or incorrect items: FORTIC covers return shipping.
  • Change-of-mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Missing accessories or signs of wear may result in a 10–15% restocking fee.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

Typical processing timeline:

  • Inspection: 2–3 business days
  • Bank or payment processor posting time: 3–7 business days

Warranty Support

If your issue occurs after the 30-day return window, you may submit a warranty request. FORTIC stands behind the performance and reliability of all optical products.

Shipping Damage

If your package is damaged in transit, please:

  • Keep all original packaging materials
  • Photograph the box, shipping labels, and product
  • Contact us within 7 days
