4.3 Delivery Estimates. Any shipping dates provided are estimates only and not guarantees.

4.4 Carrier Issues. Fortic is not responsible for delivery delays, misdeliveries, or address-related issues caused by the carrier.

4.5 Shipment Not Received. If your order appears delayed or missing, contact the carrier first. If unresolved, contact us for assistance.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Warranty

5.1 Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order that has not yet shipped by contacting us. Once shipped, the return process must be followed.

5.2 Returns of New/Unused Products

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 28 days of delivery.

  • You must include order information and a return request.

  • Returns should be shipped via an insured service. Fortic is not responsible for items not received.

5.3 Incorrect Shipments

If you receive the wrong item, contact us. We will arrange return and replacement at no cost to you.

5.4 Warranty Claims

  • Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from this Site.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Products must be clean and in inspectable condition.
